Complaint

If you have any reason to complain or have accidentally bought or received the wrong product, please call us first (030-5360 5855, from 8am to 4:30pm) or email us at info@xucker.de with your order number. Please do not send us any goods without asking, especially not freight collect -- most of the time we can find a better solution together to solve a possible problem. We are very interested in a lasting good relationship with our customers.

 

Cancellation

If you revoke your order, the right of revocation applies, which you can read here.

Please do not return any goods to us freight collect as this will incur a 15 Euro charge which we are not prepared to pay. In these cases the package will be returned to you, for which DHL will charge you 50 Euros. If you legitimately want to return something free of charge, please contact us and we will send you a parcel stamp.
