We only ship goods within the European Union.

Germany

For end consumers (by DHL) we charge a flat rate of EUR 3.90 per order. From an order value of 60 € we deliver free of charge!

Note on delivery: The shipping weight is a volume unit for calculating the parcel utilisation (or number of parcels) and does not correspond to the item weight.

For retailers (via DHL) the shipping costs are EUR 7.00 gross per 26 kg shipping weight (see product information).

Austria

For end consumers (via DHL) with a delivery address in Austria, we only charge a flat rate of EUR 6.90 per 26 kg shipping weight (shipments weighing more than 26 kg must be split into several parcels). The shipping weight is a volume unit for calculating the parcel utilisation (or number of parcels) and does not correspond to the item weight. The shipping costs are calculated and indicated according to the number of parcels when the order is finalised. From an order value of 100 € we deliver free of charge!

For retailers (via DHL) the shipping costs are 8 EUR net per 26 kg shipping weight (see product information).

European Union (DHL)

Since 1 July 2021, the new EU VAT regulation for online trade applies. Since then, we have to take into account the VAT regulations of the respective country for deliveries of goods, which is associated with significantly higher effort and costs. We therefore only supply private customers with delivery addresses in the following EU countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and the Czech Republic. We charge a flat rate of EUR 13.90 per 26 kg shipping weight (shipments weighing more than 26 kg must be split into several parcels). The shipping weight is a volume unit for calculating the parcel utilisation (or number of parcels) and does not correspond to the item weight. The shipping costs are calculated and indicated according to the number of parcels when the order is completed.

DHL Go Green

A contribution to climate protection

Xucker ships parcels within Germany with DHL 100% climate-neutral. Xucker does not charge a surcharge for climate-neutral shipping within Germany. All of DHL's revenue from GoGreen shipments goes to internationally certified climate protection projects.

Shipping time

We ship daily from Monday to Friday. The ordered goods are dispatched as quickly as possible, subject to availability. All orders are dispatched no later than the day after receipt of payment. The delivery time in Germany is approx. 1 working day (approx. 75 % of consignments), in around 20 % of cases 2 working days, in less than 5 % of cases 3 working days or longer.

Shipments to Austria arrive after approx. 5 working days, but at the latest after 10 working days. Shipments to other EU countries will arrive after 1 week at the earliest and 4 weeks at the latest.
