If you have a reason for complaint or have accidentally bought or received the wrong product, please call us first (+49 (0)30 120 843 333, from 8.30 am to 3 pm) or send us an e-mail to email@example.com stating the order number. Please do not send us any goods without asking, especially not carriage forward - we usually find a better solution together. We are very interested in a lasting good relationship with you.
Please do not return any goods to us carriage forward, as this will incur a charge of 15 euros, which we are not prepared to pay. In these cases, the parcel will be returned to you, for which DHL will charge you 50 euros. If you would like to return something free of charge, please contact us and we will send you a DHL shipping label.
