With Xucker Bronxe, cane sugar looks down the tube

Xucker Bronxe is the calorie-free cane sugar alternative. It is the flavour artist among Xucker's sugar alternatives and brings a malty and full-bodied taste to drinks and dishes. Xucker Bronxe sweetener is based on the sweetener erythritol and has about 70% of the sweetening power of cane sugar. Xucker's cane sugar substitute therefore sweetens somewhat more mildly and resembles the taste of brown sugar.

Not suitable for everything, but ideal for many things: Xucker Bronxe

Whether in cocktails, on the milk foam of a latte macchiato or stirred into hot tea, Xucker Bronxe sweetens drinks calorie-free and aromatically. The brown Xucker is particularly suitable for sweetening drinks, as the aroma of the sugar-free cane sugar variety comes out very well here. What's more, Xucker Bronxe, like all Xucker erythritol products, is generally well tolerated and therefore an excellent choice for sweetening drinks. Xucker Bronxe dissolves when heated and becomes crystalline again when cooled. If Xucker Bronxe is used in cookies or cakes, it may therefore crunch in the finished pastry. If you prefer a homogeneous cake, you can therefore use Xucker Premium or the calorie-free variant Powdered Xucker when baking. Both products are ideal for baking. Xucker Bronxe, on the other hand, can be used perfectly for other sweet treats. Like Xucker Light, Xucker Bronxe forms a sweet crunchy layer when cooled. This pays off when making popcorn or flambéing Crème Brûlée. But Xucker Bronxe can also be used for candying nuts. Best of all, Xucker Bronxe makes "caramelizing" child's play, as it's much faster than with sugar. Cane sugar is not the healthiest sugar

Cane sugar is made from sugar cane, which is native to tropical countries. It hardly differs from beet sugar, which is made from sugar beets. Both have around 400 calories per 100 grams, and both are refined. It is therefore a widespread misconception that cane sugar is healthier than the classic white beet sugar. Unrefined cane sugar (raw cane sugar) does contain minerals and vitamins, but these amounts are so small that they are not significant in a normal amount of sugar consumed. Another aspect to consider: the long transport routes and the required cultivation areas for the sugar cane are, from an ecological point of view, clear disadvantages of cane sugar.
