Powdered erythritol advantage box (ground erythritol)

Tabletop sweetener based on erythritol in powder form for food, limited use, with sweetener.

2.5 kg of super finely ground powdered erythritol from France, the ideal icing sugar substitute for baking and cooking. The sweetening power corresponds to about 70 % of the sweetening power of sugar. Erythritol is also called erythritol. The flavour is mildly sweet and is the most similar to sugar of all sugar alcohols. It is therefore very suitable as a sugar substitute for desserts, pastries and drinks. It is less suitable for making jam because it crystallises. Due to its excellent solubility, powdered erythritol is the only type of erythritol that can be used for baking without any crackling crystals in the finished baked goods. In Japan, erythritol has been used in many foods and medicines since 1990. Diabetics in particular appreciate its absolutely blood sugar-neutral properties. Erythritol was authorised as a food in the USA in 1997 and in the EU in 2006 without any quantity restrictions.

Areas of application: Powdered erythritol is used for calorie-reduced baking. It is also suitable for making icing or meringues and generally as a sugar substitute for desserts, pastries and drinks.

Packaging: The plastic box with a practical handle is made of food-safe, plasticiser-free polypropylene and is reusable or fully recyclable.

Storage: Always close the box after use and store in a dry place. Powdered sugar tends to clump together, even if it does not get wet. However, the lumps can be easily broken up.
