Xucker Bronxe brings the flavour of brown sugar into the home as a calorie-free variant! The sweetening power corresponds to around 70 % of the sweetening power of raw cane sugar. The flavour is mildly sweet and very similar to brown cane sugar. It is therefore very suitable for tea and coffee drinks. The taste does not really come into its own when baking, as you have to mix it with xylitol or sugar, otherwise it will crystallise. Scope of delivery - 4.5 kg in a resealable box with carrying handle.
Areas of application: Very suitable for tea and coffee drinks. It's also great for coating nuts in a sweet coating by melting Xucker Bronxe in a pan and then adding the nuts. Wonderfully delicious!

Einfach gut
Ich nutze Bronxe seit Jahren in meinem schwarzen Tee und bin unheimlich zufrieden damit. Ja, er klumpt aber es stimmt auch, die Klumpen lassen sich leicht zerbröseln. Seit einiger Zeit kaufe ich die 4,5kg Einheit und kann sie nur empfehlen. Bronxe gibt meinem Tee genau den zusätzlichen Geschmack, den ich früher mit Rohrohrzucker mochte.
