Table-top sweetener based on erythritol

Approx. 1,000 Xucker Light sticks with 5 g each (= 5 kg) in a carton. Ideal for travelling and optimally portioned for sweetening drinks. The two-layer sticks protect the contents from moisture, are easy to tear open and pour out easily. Erythritol is a calorie-free, ^{tooth-friendly4} sugar substitute made from natural ingredients. Xucker Light is the ideal sweetener as part of a calorie-conscious diet. Erythritol crystals look similar to sugar or xylitol. Erythritol is easily soluble and is the best tolerated of all sugar alcohols, as it is excreted almost completely unchanged.

In Japan, erythritol has been used in many foods and medicines since 1990. Diabetics in particular appreciate its absolutely blood sugar-neutral properties. Erythritol was authorised as a foodstuff in the USA in 1997 and in the EU in 2006 without any quantity restrictions.

It is packaged by weight, which means that the quantity of 1,000 sticks can be exceeded or fallen short of.
